- HOW TO PUT ON: Simply slip the Cast Protector over your foot then pull down to form a protective waterproof seal. This can be done one handed but, just like putting a sock on, you need to be flexible enough to draw your leg up and reach down with the Cast Protector in hand to ease it over your toes first. If you don’t have the flexibility/motion to put a sock to your injured foot, you will need someone to assist with putting it on. Key measurements to take of your cast. Heel to Instep (linear) and height to top of cast.
