For 58-58.5mm Tamper Ridgeless Edge 70mm The main feature we noticed in the Big Bang filters was the sweetness. The extraction is very even, it increases sweetness and reduces acidity. We do not recommend using the BIG BANG filters for citrus (light) coffees, as they sweeten the espresso and change the properties.
