Directions 1. Click the refill interdental brushes into the holder. 2. Choose the appropriate brush size based on the gap between your teeth (0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, or 1.1 mm). 3. Insert the brush between your teeth at a 45-degree angle, with the brush pointing towards the gum line. 4. Gently move the brush back and forth to clean the area. 5.
