PLANT-BASED CORE - Made with 100% plant-based absorbent viscose (made from trees) Ingredients Absorbent Core: Viscose (made from trees), Surface Cover: Non-woven Fabric made from Polyethylene and Polyester, String: Polyester, Applicator: Cardboard with waxed paper surface, Wrapper: Paper laminated with with polyethylene and a polypropylene tear strip, Box: paperboard Directions Insert the tampon with the rounded tip first, using the applicator to guide it into the vaginal canal. Push the applicator in until it is fully inserted, then remove the applicator by holding the wider end and pulling it out. To remove, pull on the attached string gently until the tampon is completely removed. Change the tampon every 4 to 8 hours.
