Snibbs mattress protector is a fully waterproof yet breathable mattress protector with borders. For mattresses measuring 140 x 70 cm and up to 15 cm thick. The edges on the sides of the mattress are not laminated, which makes the mattress even more breathable. This allows for even better mattress ventilation. Comes in different colours, ideal for girls and boys. The top is a thick, soft and highly absorbent terry cloth material and the waterproof membrane is a breathable material TPU. TPU, an upgraded version of PU, is an antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti-mite membrane that provides 100% protection. The waterproof and breathable TPU membrane still allows body vapours to escape, which prevents overheating, excessive sweating and improves sleeping comfort. Washable at 60 degrees, which is the minimum temperature to get rid of all bacteria and bed mites. Although the terry material composition is indicated as 80% cotton and 20% polyester, the surface is still 100% cotton. This results from the fact of how a knitwear is put together. The material has 100% cotton threads knitted into a polyester fabric. The polyester fabric does not come into contact with the skin and is breathable thanks to a mesh. The polyester mesh is then laminated to a high quality breathable waterproof TPU membrane.
