Included in each Kit Tarte Ring set is a ring to cut out a shortcrust-pastry base to fit your rounded-tartlet food pieces. The ring is made of crush-defying thermoplastic composite resistant to temperatures from -76 Fahrenheit (-60 Celsius) to +356 Fahrenheit (+180 Celsius). Holes in the ring let out humidity; integrated extended edge of ring creates stability. Shortcut pastry is easy to remove from the ring.
