Product Description Finally, a layer of glitter that you can paint directly. No more glue, no more mess. Simply mix well and apply to a clean surface. Directions Preparation: you need to remove the top layer of the shoe. Use high quality brushes to avoid brushing. Apply with a thin brush or sponge pad. Allow to dry between layers. Can also be used with a spray gun or air brush. For best results, make sure acrylic is clean before applying. Clean the equipment with soap and warm water. For added shine and protection against abrasion, apply a layer of Angelus acrylic finish or satin acrylic finish or neutral skin paint after the paint has dried.
