• HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner, creates a energising and restorative atmosphere. Helpful for coughs and colds. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Helpful for supporting the body through illness. Skin blend: 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for the face, 5 drops per 10ml for the body. Not recommended for use on sensitive or allergy-prone skin. Inhalation: Add 3-5 drops in total to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and, breathe. Helpful for head colds and congestion. Not suitable for asthmatics. In the bath: 4-6 drops per 20ml of blending oil. Add to bath water and swirl to disperse.
