• HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner. Creates an uplifting and refreshing atmosphere. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil, soothing for stress-related digestive symptoms. Skin blend: 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for the face, 5 drops per 10ml for the body.
