Product Description The clear, 10mil, single ply Focus-X drumhead features a vented muffling ring tucked into the hoop underneath the head. The vented muffling design eliminates unwanted ring while maintaining a fat tone on tom-toms and creating a sensitive and articulate response from the snare drums. No external muffling needed! Great for close up miking- live or in the studio . Available in a coated, reverse Power Dot version for even more FOCUS! Manufacturer's Description The Force 10 uses two 10mil plies of Aquarian Nu-Brite drumhead film to create a head with a greater attack, greater depth, and a quicker decay. The patented Safe-T-Loc hoop prevents the head from slipping, and the Sound Curve collar design provides "Responsive Tuning." This clear, 20mil thick batter head is right at home with large drums and 'heavy hitters.' Also available in a texture coated version.
