Remove the cotton wool covering the plug. Use entire earplug. Don't split it. 2. Shape the ear protectors into a cone, place in front the ear canal and gently press. 3. Do not insert into the ear canal. To remove: To avoid damaging the ear canal, remove slowly pulling the earplug out of the ear. Warnings: Ear plugs should be inserted, positioned and worn following the manufacturer's instructions. The ear plugs may be worn constantly in noisy environments. Never use for diving.
