The Topits roasting bag 2-in-1 is not only ideal for tasteful, vitamin-preserving preparation without adding fat in the oven, but also gentle steam cooking in the microwave works without any problems. The practical Topits OptiVit valve closes the bag and regulates the steam. Hot air flows through the food - so fish and meat stay nice and juicy and vegetables crisp. After cooking, the bag can be easily removed from the oven or microwave, because the foil edge of the roasting bag does not get hot. Do not burn fingers when removing the roasting bag from the oven or microwave. Removal takes place on the cold side of the foil edge. Gentle steam cooking in the microwave works without any problems.
