Product description
Clarity, meditation, cleaning. In Nepal, hand cymbals are called Tingshas and are an integral part of any religious ceremony. They are traditionally used at the beginning and end of a ritual. Tingshas are made to sound by gently hitting the two discs connected by a leather band. The resulting sound is clear and very bright. As it is particularly perceived in the head area and here it ensures vigilance and clarity, it is often used to complete a meditation or as a sign of attention. Cymbal dimensions: Weight: approx. 100-140 g. Diameter: approx. 4.5 cm. Accessories included: green storage box. The bright sound of the cymbals lasts for a long time and is often used to bring attention, e.g. for meditation, at the end of a fantasy journey or also for energising rooms. In different traditional signs and motifs, the Tingshas are associated with relief. They have no effect on the sound, but for Nepali they have strong symbolic character. Our cymbals are hand cast or forged from bronze. Manufactured in accordance with fair trade principles. - Let yourself be inspired by the world of sounds. - - Your Klangschalen-Center Team.
