• EASY OPERATION: No mounting required. Separate the two halves of the Cargo Door Lock, aligning them so the lock mechanism and holes are both facing downward, and install one half of the Cargo Door Lock on each doors’ locking bar. Slide the two halves together by inserting the smaller tube into the larger tube. Secure the Cargo Door Lock as tight as possible on both doors' locking arms and depress the locking button with key removed or turn dials.

The Equipment Lock HDCDL steel cargo door lock is an adjustable-width, keyed lock made of steel to secure both doors of a semi-trailer or storage container. It is adjustable to fit doors with vertical locking bars from 9-3/4" to 16" apart. The lock is made of two square steel tubes, one 2" and one 2-1/2", with 3/16" thick walls, that fit together. The steel is powder-coated orange for high visibility and to help resist corrosion. The lock weighs 13 lb. and has 6" tall, 3/16" thick steel plates that are perpendicular to the tubes at their ends, and flush against the cargo doors, for added support.
