Product Description TFA Probe thermometer is particularly user-friendly, as the pointed probe can be folded and thus created a handy instrument that fits in any pocket. The folding thermometer is turned on by lowering the injection probe. The unit is very accurate and has a measurement range of -40 to 250 degrees C. It measures extremely fast and is splash proof according to IP 65th. The scope is varied, but is expected to be mainly in the food industry. Accuracy - 0.5 degrees C (-20 to 150 degrees C), otherwise 1 percent or 1 degree C resolution. 0.1 degree measuring frequency below 1 second Celsius or Fahrenheit.
