Remove the tampon from its wrapper. 2. Hold the applicator firmly with the rounded tip facing up. 3. Insert the applicator into the vagina, aiming towards the small of the back. 4. Once the applicator is fully inserted, press the inner plunger to release the tampon. 5. Remove the applicator by holding the outer plunger and pulling it out. 6. To remove the tampon, pull the attached string gently. 7. Always change the tampon every 4-8 hours or sooner if it becomes saturated. 8.
