The safety group 323 is used to protect closed, electrically heated, wall-mounted drinking water heater (TWE) up to 200 l capacity, according to DIN 1988, part 200; DIN 4753, part 1 and DIN EN 1488. The safety group 323 consists of a high-gloss chrome-plated pressed brass housing. Claw ring gaskets allow for hassle-free connection to the TWE. It is equipped with a component-tested safety valve, shut-off valve, mano plug, backflow preventer, test nozzle, funnel siphon with rosette and chrome-plated connection accessories. The SYR modular system allows all components of the Safety Group 323 to be service-friendly or replaced. A pressure regulator can be retrofitted. Safety Group 323 housing, inner parts, plugs and fittings are made of high-quality, low-lead brass alloy. Shut-off handle, backflow preventer and cup siphon are made of high-quality plastic. Heat and ageing resistant, rubber-elastic plastic is used in the production of the safety valve membranes and all sealing elements. The Fededes safety valve is made of corrosion-resistant spring steel wire. The connection pipes are made of chrome-plated copper tube. All materials used comply with the recognised rules of technology. The plastic parts and elastomers touched by the water comply with the KTW guideline of the Federal Environment Agency.
