Product description
The 2223 Loose Ring Snaffle Double Jointed is a mild bit, often used for young or sensitive horses. Its double-jointed mouthpiece provides even pressure on the tongue and slightly more on the bars. The Sweet Copper mouthpiece encourages acceptance and chewing. The loose rings allow the horse to move the bit freely, promoting a neutral position in the mouth. Ideal for training and horses needing gentle influence. Note: improper use or incorrect size can cause discomfort. Available in widths of 11.5 to 14.5 cm, with a 70 mm ring diameter.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
