SEIP 433 RC-AM Remote Control Programming Guide: Method 1: (This procedure is only applicable if you have a working midi key fob transmitter with four buttons and a Seip drive of model A45, A60, C75 or C100) 1. Briefly press the two lower buttons of the original remote controls at the same time; a beep should now be heard from the engine unit indicating that the receiver has entered "code learning mode". You have 10 seconds to complete the next step. 2. Take the new remote control and press the button you want to operate your gate and hold it briefly. 3. Your new remote control should now operate your garage door. Note: If you have more than one Seip gate opener in your garage, you need to cut off the power supply to each opener one by one to avoid both receivers entering "code learning mode" at the same time, or you are using. Method 2: If you cannot use the above method 1 because you do not have a working original four button remote control, or if you have a Seip drive of model M50, you need to loosen the mounting screw in the rear centre of the motor housing, open the flap and do as follows: 1. Locate the programming button on the decoder board inside the motor housing (see photo on the right) and press it briefly (a yellow LED flashes on the decoder board or it sounds a beep), you have 10 seconds to complete the next step. 2. Take the new remote control and press the button you want to operate your gate. 3. Your new hand-held transmitter should now operate your garage door. (Note: Seip receiver modules type WAM1K & WAK1K have a small black programming button on the case)
