The Japanese company Kinki Amibari has developed a production process for the Koshitsu knitting needles that enhances the natural properties of bamboo. After the knitting needles have undergone a high-pressure treatment under high temperatures, they are carefully polished with natural plant wax. This not only protects the knitting needles against external factors it prevents warping, for example - but also makes them particularly durable and wonderfully smooth. The yarn glides effortlessly over the knitting needle - in short, they are an absolute joy to knit with! All Seeknit bamboo knitting needles have a pointed tip and the needle size is clearly visible and laser imprinted on the needle.
