With the installation of a window rebate fan Plus, you ensure even fine ventilation in your home despite a closed window. This can reduce wall and room humidity, improve air quality and prevent mould formation. The window fold fan creates an inconspicuous ventilation gap on the window through which controlled fresh air flows into the room. In order to achieve optimal air flow, you should mount at least one additional window rebate fan on another facade side per 10 m² room area. Changes during air exchange of air pressure, the fan flaps of the window rebate fan Plus automatically close to prevent possible draught. The ventilation is purely mechanical, electricity or maintenance costs are eliminated and the sound insulation of the windows is still preserved. A maximum air volume flow of 6.0 m³/h is possible depending on air pressure and window type. The window rebate fan Plus meets the ventilation standard for indoor rooms and residential buildings according to DIN 18017-3 and DIN 1946-6 as well as the technical rules for gas installations for the combustion air supply DVGW-TRGI 2018. The window rebate fan Plus is suitable for new or stock windows made of plastic, wood or aluminium. When installing, please note that the fan is screwed to the window frame and part of the window seal must be removed.
