• A pull on design means that there are no zips or buckles to irritate your donkey and come undone whilst itching or rubbing. The design of the masks means they tend to stay in place very well but if you have a particularly itchy donkey a head collar can be worn over the top without affecting the fit.
• Lycra between the eyes to help keep the mesh away from the eye area. The eye holes and mesh are extremely generous to give good clearance from the delicate eye area.

Donkey Pull On Fly Mask With Ears The donkey pull on fly mask with ears (Registered Design No: 6066551) is made from soft four way stretch Lycra so provides a close and comfortable fit. It is a pull on design so no straps or zips to come undone or cause rubbing. These donkey Lycra pull on fly masks are a Registered Design to Ruggles and are therefore not available elsewhere. The donkey pull on fly mask with ears is packed in a bag which is useful for storing when not in use. The mask is washable – we recommend hand or gentle cycle with a non-biological product and should dry naturally. The mask has mesh at the eye area which provides protection from insects but allows good visibility and has good clearance away from the eyes. There is Lycra between the eyes to help keep the mesh away from the eye area. The eye holes and mesh are extremely generous to give good clearance from the delicate eye area. The design of the masks means they tend to stay in place very well but if you have a particularly itchy donkey a head collar can be worn over the top without affecting the fit. The donkey masks have been designed with, as you would expect, extra long ears and are currently available in two sizes. As a guide we would recommend the following: Donkey-XL - Large donkey* (That would perhaps be Cob size in brow band) Donkey-L - Standard donkey* (That would perhaps be Pony size in brow band) Donkey-S - Miniature donkey* (That would perhaps be Shetland size in brown band) *We have found that donkeys are quite variable in their sizing and in particular their ears! We have tried these masks on a number of donkeys and they seem to fit a wide variety but we can’t guarantee that the ears will be big enough for every donkey but we have made them so that they hopefully will fit the vast majority and certainly have done so on the donkeys we tried!
