Our frying pan without handles or baking dish is, as the name suggests, suitable for all kinds of casseroles, but also for ham and cheese pasta and lasagne, and of course for baking fruit cakes or strudel and much more. It is available in various sizes and colours and is made of robust enamel. The edge of the baking dish is curved – known as a flanged edge in enamel terminology – where the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. The baking dish can be used in any oven. But be careful: always use oven gloves. Enamel is made of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, so it is made from 100% natural raw materials. Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass-ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking and baking. Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface.
