Product Description The Techno™ Filter Pack contains two replacement filters and can be fitted into any Respro® mask. The filter is suitable for use in heavily polluted environments, i.e. air that is full of diesel particulates and respirable dusts and exhaust gases like NOX that are regularly cited in the press as above legal levels. It is a combination of the Sports Hepa-Type™ filter for sub-micron particulate pollutants, with a DACC™ (activated Charcoal) layer for filtering gases and vapours and particles. The effective working life of Respro® filters depends on a number of factors, such as; the breathing rate of the user; levels of pollution; the length of time the filter is being exposed to urban traffic air; hygiene levels. Taking these factors into account we recommend that the filter should be replaced every month or every 69 hours, whichever is the sooner. Directions To insert the Techno™ Filter, follow these steps: 1. Ensure your Respro® mask is clean and dry. 2. Open the mask's filter compartment. 3. Align the filter with the compartment, ensuring the 'Techno' logo faces outwards. 4. Press the filter firmly into place until it clicks into position. 5. Close the filter compartment and ensure it's securely sealed. 6. Replace the filter every month or every 69 hours, whichever is sooner. Safety Warning Always handle filters with clean hands to avoid contamination. Do not use filters beyond their recommended lifespan or in environments they are not designed for. Dispose of used filters responsibly and in accordance with local regulations. Always follow the instructions provided with your mask for safe filter removal and replacement.
