(Packaging and name may vary) Ingredients Red Quinoa, Couscous (Durum WHEAT Semolina), OATS, Coconut Sugar, SOY Crispies, Milk Chocolate Drops [Sugar, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (SOY Lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavouring], Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder, Sunflower Seeds, Skimmed MILK Powder, Flaxseed Powder, Chia Seeds. Made in a factory that handles milk, egg, cereals with gluten, peanuts, nuts & soya. Directions Use a heatproof bowl. Add 2 scoops (60g). Add 150ml milk. Mix and microwave for 1½ minutes.
