• You must use a compatible unlocked phone. iPhone X and onwards work, iPhone 12 onwards needed for 5G. Some Android phones not compatible with networks in USA. Search for "t-mobile compatibility check" in google to check your phone compatibility.
• You must schedule activation at the activation website printed on the packaging. Your phone number will be sent to you after activation. No activation on Sundays. Schedule activation for a day or two before you need service.
• 24x6 (Monday-Saturday) multilingual support provided by phone, email and InstaChat at the activation website. Contact info printed on the packaging.
• Plan is refillable for additional validity at the Operator's website. However this may be at higher rates than available here, so we please choose a validity equal to or exceeding your full travel duration.
