Product Description This well-made and extremely durable glockenspiel from Percussion Workshop offers the perfect solution for teaching young children the basics of musical notation and harmony. The chromatic glockenspiel has 25 notes (A61 – A85) and covers a two octave scale. The black and white note bars are arranged in the same way as a piano keyboard, with sharps and flats in black above the rest of the notes. Each note bar also has the pitch etched on the top of the key, making this instrument perfect for younger players. Each high quality steel chime is accurately and consistently tuned across the range and produces a bright and crystal clear tone. The folding legs on the bottom of the case allow for the best possible sound by raising the instrument off the floor. The chimes are mounted in a robust but lightweight bright yellow carry case with a handle, making it extremely easy to transport and store. A pair of extra strong yellow plastic beaters are also included inside the case. Safety Warning These items are musical instruments, not toys, and are suitable for use by 3 year olds and above.
