The steering mechanism of this servo steering chassis is different from that of a typical chassis. It uses a rear-wheel drive motor with a front steering mechanism to allow forward, backward, and left and right movements. In contrast, a chassis without a steering device usually uses differential steering for left and right rotations. Similar to professional RC racing cars, the steering is controlled by two tie rods connected to the servo allowing the vehicle to change the direction of the vehicle. The chassis has only a motor and an integral die-cast aluminium mounting part that connects the motor firmly to the drive shaft. The drive shaft is equipped with two flange bearings that ensure flexible motor rotation. On the top there are two acrylic plates that can be used to attach accessories such as the motherboard, motor driver and battery or battery. Please note: the chassis is delivered in individual parts and must be assembled by yourself. Motor driver and microcontroller board are not included.
