Easy to use, PIL cleans previously painted surfaces and leaves a film on the surface for further application.Leaves a film for fixing paints on the very smooth surface. Prevents sanding, and can be painted over after application after 2 hours, up to 7 days later. PIL reaches old coatings and reduces surface preparation time.For old painted surfaces:Walls, paints, furniture.Ceramic:Bathroom.Melamine:-With glass it is recommended before application to ensure that further processing is compatible with the previous surface. Does not protect against disturbances and epoxy bi-composants. Removes fats and waxes. Always clean with a cloth after wiping away the E.S.P. before the fatty acid methyl ester or ethyl ester contaminates the surface.-After application of E.S.P., leave it to soak for 5 minutes, then wipe the surface with a cleaning cloth. Leave for at least 2 hours, and up to seven days later before processing.
