Product Description Oral-B Replacement Head for Pure Clean Carbon Toothbrush (Pack of 4) Directions Replace the head every three months. Attach the head to compatible Oral-B toothbrush handles (except Pulsonic) by aligning the bristles with the handle and twisting until secure. To use, apply toothpaste to the bristles, hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the teeth, and brush gently for two minutes. After use, rinse the head thoroughly and store it upright to air dry. Replace the head when the bristles become frayed or after three months of use, whichever comes first.
