Wet the toothbrush head and apply toothpaste. 4. Choose a brushing mode (daily clean, pro clean, sensitive, whitening, gum care, or tongue cleaning). 5. Gently place the toothbrush head against your teeth and start brushing. 6. The Gum Pressure Control feature will alert and reduce speed if you brush too hard. 7. Brush for the recommended time (usually 2 minutes) and spit out excess toothpaste. 8. Rinse your mouth and the toothbrush head. 9. Regularly replace the toothbrush head for optimal results.
