Our TMT-HT-6510N digital voltmeter is an electronic meter for controlling tissue tension before and during the clamping process as well as after application. A special application in screen printing is e.g. testing (re)used printing screens, i.e. measuring the tensile force with which the screen printing stencil carrier stresses the screen printing frame. The fabric tension is measured in N/cm. The TMT-HT-6510N tensiometer has a high accuracy in measurements. It is suitable for measurements from nylon and polyester fabric measurements to steel mesh tension measurements due to the large measuring range of 7-40 N/cm. Thus, depending on the fabric type, the thread count, the thread diameter, the format and the clamping system used, you can determine the optimal fabric tension for your application. The voltage meter has an easy-to-read digital LCD display and an RS-232 interface. With this interface you can transfer and evaluate all data on your computer or laptop. However, you need the optional software with matching USB cable (SW2).
