Open the NoseFrida package and take out the nasal aspirator, 24 hygiene filters, blue nasal tube, red mouthpiece, and filter cap. 2. Before using NoseFrida for the first time, ensure all parts are properly assembled. Attach the blue nasal tube to the red mouthpiece and secure it with the filter cap. 3. Place a hygiene filter on the other end of the blue nasal tube. 4. Position your child comfortably, preferably lying down with their head tilted back. 5. Gently insert the blue nasal tube into your child's nostril, creating a seal with the outside of the nostril. 6. Use the red mouthpiece to create gentle suction, clearing the nostril. 7. Discard the used hygiene filter and repeat the process for the other nostril if necessary. 8. After use, detach the blue nasal tube and red mouthpiece, and clean them with warm, soapy water or in the top-rack of a dishwasher.
