What could be more beautiful than slipping into a wonderfully cuddly bathrobe with cashmere or wrapping yourself in a flatteringly soft shower towel? The luxury series möve CASHMERE & COTTON gives you this feeling and ensures gentle moments of well-being. The towels and smalls in the colours ivory, wood, cashmere and moonlight are made of cotton / modal / cashmere and only weigh 310 gsm. At the hem ends they are decorated with a fine contrasting colour stripe. An elegant calf-length shawl collar robe in ivory complements the towels perfectly. The narrow cut and the wide tone-in-tone coarse knitted collar give it a noble, extraordinary look. Of course, the collar can be unbuttoned and you get two different looks in no time at all. Perfect for a cosy evening on the sofa is the luxurious short cape with opulent - and also detachable - woven fur collar. It is available as a Limited Edition – only 20 pieces per colour - in the above four colours. The fluffy soft collar complements the capes as a tone-in-tone version or as a contrasting version. The noble fibre cashmere, by the way, comes from the winter coat of the cashmere goat. It protects the robust animals from freezing to death at altitudes of up to 4,000 metres, often at minus 40 degrees Celsius. In warmer spring, when the goats have their normal change of fur, the breeders comb out the hair with a stable comb before the soft winter hair naturally falls out. Before the raw cashmere can be turned into fine textiles, the wool has to undergo complex sorting and cleaning processes. Cashmere is so valuable because a single animal supplies only about 150 to 250 grams of the high-quality material. The best cashmere comes from China and Mongolia - they supply about 80% of the world's total production of about 8,000 tons. Of course, all our products are tested and certified for harmful substances according to the strict criteria of Oeko-Tex Standard 100. They can easily be washed hygienically clean in the washing machine and dried in the gentle cycle of the tumble dryer.
