Product Description Whether young or old, egg colouring is part of a traditional Easter party. This set by Metma contains 5 colours yellow, purple, red, blue and green. Furthermore, you will receive a shellac, a glove and a foil for the silver effect. How it works: boil eggs in salt water and keep warm in boiling water. Cut the paint pipettes with scissors. Fill one container for each colour with 150 ml of hot water (approx. 60°C) and approx. 2 to 3 tablespoons of vinegar. Take the eggs out of the boiling water with a spoon and immerse them in the corresponding colouring bath. Depending on the desired colour intensity, the colouring takes about 4 to 6 minutes. Then remove the eggs to dry. To avoid small wet spots of the eggs, you can gently dab them dry with a kitchen paper. Put on the gloves and apply the shellac evenly to the egg with a brush. Then you can press the metal foil on the egg with the matte side and paint over it 2 to 3 times. Peel off the film after a short period of drying. You can repeat this process until the desired result is achieved. The film can be used until the metal layer has been completely removed from the paper.
