Port 2 (Water Outlet - Normally Closed): When the solenoid is not energized (off), water cannot pass through, as the valve is normally closed. When the solenoid is energized (on), water is redirected from Port 1 to Port 2, allowing water to flow through the system. Correct Operating Mechanism: 1. When the solenoid is off (de-energized): Water is blocked from flowing through the valve. The connection between Port 1 and Port 2 remains closed. 2. When the solenoid is on (energized): Water is allowed to flow from Port 1 (inlet) to Port 2 (outlet). Important Notes for Proper Installation: 1.
