This 180 gram yellow virgin vinyl LP reissue of Louis Armstrong Meets Oscar Peterson includes two bonus tracks, also recorded in 1957 and produced by Norman Granz. With Armstrong on both vocals and trumpet and Peterson on piano are guitarist Herb Ellis, bassist Ray Brown and drummer Louis Bellson. The specially prepared liner notes are by Penguin Guide to Jazzs writer Brian Morton and by Frances prestigious Jazz Magazine.
