About this item
- Designed to drill out spot welds using air powered or electric drills.
- The spot weld drill allows the top layer of the weld to be 'machined' away in a controlled manner leaving the second skin intact ready for the new panel to be fitted.
- 8mm HSS drill bit with integral spring loaded centre point.
- Automatic centre punch to create indent at centre of spot weld. The automatic centre punch does not require the use of a hammer so reducing the chance of deforming surrounding panel work.
- Always wear eye protection.
