For example, choose Humidifying mode, set day humidity to 40, night humidity to 60, difference to 5, day time to 7:00, night time to 18:00. From 7:00 to 18:00, humidity is kept in 35%RH~40%RH; From 18:00 to 7:00, humidity is kept in 55%RH~60%RH.
