Product description The HYKK (Ani-Tech) Companion Animal Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) Microchip Reader is designed and built by industry experts. It is optimised to quickly read all Animal RFID microchips based on the ISO 11784/11785 protocol. Simply put this device can read all microchips carried by almost all animals including all Cats and Dogs that are Microchipped. The HYKK (Ani-Tech) Pet Scanner is designed to be highly portable and simple to use, we designed it to be fully functional using just one large central button and very clear bright OLED display that is easily read under the most challenging of lighting conditions. The already impressive battery life delivered by the integrated 400 mAh USB rechargeable battery (lead included) is further enhanced by the fully automatic shutdown feature ensuring that this little “RFID Champion” is always ready for work. Self-contained and simple to use straight out of the included carry case, this great little device is suited to the loving pet owner or to the supporting services that need a fast, reliable, and highly portable cost-effective microchip scanner. Every single scanner is individually inspected and recorded at the factory, fully charged, and then tested before dispatch. The HYKK (Ani-Tech) Pet Scanner is available in high volume for societies and government departments and can be customised accordingly subject to MOQ volumes. For anyone not familiar, the microchip of a companion animal does not contain any owner information whatsoever, it contains a 15 digit numerical code which can then be used in conjunction with an animal microchip database to reconnect a lost/found animal with its owner. All approved Microchip Database have an obligation to direct the 15-digit code enquiry to the correct host database, this ensures that owner data is only released under valid and secure circumstances.
