I used to sell the CM707 all the time it is hard wired the problem is customers are confusing it with the CM727 as the unit looks the same but as per the link I sent you it will show you it looks the same but isn’t the same. This will stop my stock being returned if you add the correct page product info, I have tried it but you won’t show it please look into it as I have many returns on an item that should have none and it’s down to the amazon page not showing clearly that the CM707 is hard wired looks like the CM727 which is wireless. They re too identically looking DIFFERENT models.
