• This powerful 50A controller uses the most advanced MPPT technology to ensure high efficiency (>95%) of your solar system. Significantly outperforms standard PWM controllers.
• Comprehensive set of electronic protection functions e.g. prevents reverse current at night (from the battery back to the solar panel), deep discharge, solar panel over voltage, short circuit and automatic cut off to prevent over-charging.
• Inbuilt backlit LCD screen displays key charging parameters. Multiple connectivity options for the controller (remote meter, mobile app, PC software - see below) enable the user to unlock advanced system personalisation and monitoring capabilities of the controller.

This controller uses Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology to ensure maximum efficiency of your solar system (>95%). Features negative common grounding and a comprehensive set of safety functions such as protection from reverse current at night, over-charging and deep discharge, solar panel over voltage, and short circuit. LCD screen shows real-time charging parameters, e.g. voltage, current, battery state of charge, accumulated charge/ discharge energy. Settings for Sealed, Flooded & Gel batteries. Current limiting function (50A) allows future system expansion. Removable panel provides protection to the terminals and a replaceable fuse. Dry contact terminals to switch a load or generator on/off when the battery is low. Advanced communication technology also enables the user to monitor and program the controller using various methods: 1) Connection of a remote meter with LCD screen (product code: MT50) 2) Connection to a Wi-Fi module (product code: EBOX-WIFI) to create a Wi-Fi network to access a free mobile app and set charging programs for a user defined battery type, including Lithium batteries. 3) An RJ45 to USB cable (product code: PTR-USB) to connect the controller directly to your PC / laptop to access our free Windows software and set charging programs for a user defined battery type, including Lithium batteries.
