About this item
- This filter is made of optical glass and is multi-coated on both sides. With a thickness of 4 mm, it fits very well into the 4 x 5.65 filter frames of the mini mat boxes and the larger mat boxes.
- Nano neutral density filters reduce the amount of light entering the camera sensor. This allows you to use a longer shutter speed than you could normally do in a bright light situation.
- Allows light reduction by 3 stops. When you use it in the mat box connected to a video camera, it reduces the light without distorting or altering the image in any way.
- A scratch-resistant, oil and water-repellent nano coating forms a protective layer over the glass, making it ideal for use in harsh environments and easy to clean. Made of optical glass for clarity.
- 4 inch x 5.65 inch neutral density ND8 (0.9) 3-aperture filter 4 mm thickness keeps the weight at only 145.5 g, is designed to sit in front of the lens, held in a filter holder or matte box.
