Preferably massage the oil into your nails and cuticles in the evening. Follow these steps for 14 days. Also suitable for dry toenails. Step 2: Super Shine File This nail file will help you attain shiny nails within 1 minute without the use of nail polish. The file makes the surface of the nail smooth and even.
