The Multi-Monti®-plus screw anchor (MMS-plus) is a further development of the Multi-Monti® concrete screw. It is screwed directly into a pre-drilled hole without dowels and is immediately loadable. The reinforced teeth on the screw tip cuts an internal thread into the building material when screwing in. This creates a positive fit, via which the anchoring takes place. This not only simplifies the assembly process, but also ensures a high level of application safety for the craftsmen. The Multi-Monti®-plus concrete screw can be processed close to the edge and without torque wrench, is completely removable and reusable after testing.
