Installation steps: Step 1. Insert the tool between the headphone jack housing and the broken plug. You may need to tap it slightly. Step 2. Pull with your fingers or pliers for a better grip. Step 3. When the broken plug is included, then tighten the end of the tube with your hands or pliers and pull it out to remove it. Step 4.
