Product Description High rise hotels started to spring up in the 1960s, so they are suitable for layouts from the Diesel era onwards. This impressive structure can also be used to represent other high-rise buildings such as offices, tower blocks, and hospitals. You have the option of building the model with the external lift shaft either on the front or rear of the building. Contains 1x OO Scale pre-coloured plastic kit in 132 parts and moulded in 3 colours and clear parts, with full instructions. This kit requires a Plastic Cement Glue to construct. Safety Warning This product is not suitable for children under 14 years of age because of small parts which can present a choking hazard.
