Description This small form factor HDMI extender allows you to transmit high resolution audio and video with zero latency over long distances over a CAT6/7 Ethernet cable. It supports high bandwidth 4K@120Hz transmission up to 25 meters or 4K60Hz up to 60 meters. The USB Type-C cable connects the transmitter to your laptop or games console, and an HDMI receiver connects to your display via HDMI cable. The receiver will require 5V 500mA power via the supplied micro USB cable - this can often be taken from a USB port on the display. The CAT6 cable must be point to point and can not run via a router or network switch. Ensure cabling and cable termination (IEEE-568B standard) is of high quality and be sure to use certified 8K HDMI leads. The system is HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 compliant and supports HDR10. Supported audio formats are PCM, DTS and Dolby. The system supports auto downscaling of content to match the maximum resolution of the display where needed.
