All nozzle sizes now have a primary and secondary filters, which are matched to the nozzle size in their filter width. Thus, even the larger throughput gets an additional filter surface. The production of the nozzle heads as well as the nozzle assembly and testing is carried out fully automatically in a closed cubicle so that human errors and pollution are excluded. All nozzles are 100% fully automatically tested for throughput, spray angle and spray pattern. Fluidics manufactured nozzle parts such as nozzle head and vertebral bodies are manufactured with just one tension from the rod.
