Product features: The durable, micro-prismatic, retroreflective 983 series has been developed around vehicles according to UN/ECE 104 for increased visibility and attention with a contour. The 983 series is for bonding to solid Surfaces coated with a permanent adhesive. The film is resistant to petrol vapours and occasional spilling of fuel. It reflects even when wet. Processing instructions: Which surfaces can be glued on? - Fixed constructions. - Smooth surfaces. - Paint, glass, metal (aluminium). - Plastic (possibly with pre-treatment). - Tarpaulin structures. - New tarpaulins, not older than 6 months. - Tarpaulins are difficult surfaces. (Flexibility, plasticiser, paint application, dirty). - Bonding only on tested surfaces. - Cleaning vehicles with contour marking. - Cleaning without the use of steam high-pressure cleaners. - Do not use agents that have a grinding effect (e.g. nylon brushes). - Do not use solvents (e.g. colour thinner). - Test detergent beforehand. - When using steam high-pressure cleaners. - Maximum pressure = 80 bar. - Maximum temperature = 60 C. - Minimum distance of the cleaning nozzle to the surface = 30 cm. - Maximum deviation of the cleaning jet from the right angle.
